Don McNearney Dies at Age 55
Don McNearney, 55 of 5601 Hammersley rd., died Saturday (Mar. 28, 19641 at home after a Heart attack.
He was president of Perkins Sheet Metal, Inc. Born in Steele county. Minn. he was marnied to Mae Rogentine in 1932. He lived in Madison since 1941.
He was a membher of St. Maria Goretti Cathoolic Church and was a past president of Nakoma Country club. He also was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Holy Name Society, Lions club, and the Elks club. He was a member of the National Sales Executives organization.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 5414 Flad ave., the Rev. Wilfred Schuster, pastor, officiating. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Monday at the Frautschi funeral home. 3610 Speedway rd., where the rosary will be receded by the Knights of Columbus at 8 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Resurrection cemetery.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter. Mrs. Neil Baer, 2147 W. Lawn ave.; his mother, Mrs. John McNearney, Blooming Paririe. Minn, four brothers; Earl, Blooming Prairie;John, Minneapolis; James, Tulare, Calif.; and Clifford, Houston, Tex.; and four grandchildren.
